Our solid surface sheets come in one main format: 3660 × 760 × 12 mm, weighing 60–65 kg. That length covers a 3.6 m worktop or vanity run without a joint. A101 Glacier White is also made as a 6 mm sheet for cladding and weight-sensitive builds. This page covers what a fabricator needs to know before ordering: formats, colours, adhesive, handling on arrival, and the warranty condition that depends on your workshop.

Nominal thickness is 12 mm. The test-report samples measured 12.3–12.5 mm, so allow for this when you plan edge build-ups and joints with other materials.
Which acrylic solid surface sheets to cut from
Akrilika is the 100% acrylic collection: 73 colours (55 A-codes and 18 DA-codes). It thermoforms, so it is the sheet for curved fronts, pressed basins and integrated sinks. The catalogue does not recommend dark shades for worktops that get heavy daily use.
Akrilika AR adds five colours for 2026 (Duomo, Palazzo, Tufo, Corso and Marmo) inspired by Italian stone. The veining runs along the length of the sheet, which makes wide glued tops such as kitchen islands easier to match. AR also thermoforms.
Apietra is the modified acrylic collection: 52 stone and marble looks, which the catalogue prices about 20–30% below Akrilika. It is used flat. It cannot be bent, pressed or formed into radius-cornered basins.

Adhesive matched to every colour code
The manufacturer publishes an adhesive table for every Akrilika, Apietra, Design and Kristall code. For each colour it ranks the recommended adhesive shades from best to fourth best. It adds alternatives that fabricators have found work well in practice, and a separate “G” series. Two examples: A101 takes D-White or U-White, and A811 takes H-Onyx or C-Onyx.
Put the colour codes on your sheet order and we add the matching adhesive to the same quote. The table covers shade matching only. We do not publish cure times or joint-strength data. Follow the instructions for the adhesive you use and test on offcuts before a visible joint.
Batches, veins and colour consistency
The warranty terms state that colour can vary between batches and within a batch. For any job where sheets sit side by side, such as a hotel series, a long counter or a wall, order all the sheets together so they come from one batch.
With veined decors, choose the slab or batch before fabrication. Expect a break in the pattern at every joint and plan the cutting layout around it. The AR colours reduce this across the width because the veins run lengthwise.
Before a large order, check the colour on a physical piece. Samples come in 100 × 70 mm and 1220 × 380 mm formats. Order samples.
Receiving and storing sheets
- Sheets arrive on pallets of 25 or 27 sheets, each pallet under 2 t.
- Unload with forklift forks at least 3,500 mm long. Shorter forks leave the sheet ends unsupported.
- Store sheets flat on racks. Keep beam deflection under 2 cm or the sheets will bow.
- Keep stock under cover. The material is warranted for indoor use in heated rooms only.

The warranty depends on who cuts the sheet
Akrilika carries a limited 15-year warranty and Apietra a limited 10-year warranty. The cover includes no serious manufacturing defects, retained physical and chemical properties, water-tightness and no cracking. It does not cover work by a fabricator without the Akrilika training certificate, outdoor or unheated installations, or appearance claims after the sheet has been cut.
For your clients, this means the 15 years only apply if your workshop holds the certificate. If you are not certified yet, ask us about training through our partner programme.
Price, minimums and lead time
Price per m², minimum quantity and lead time depend on the collection, colour and destination. We confirm all three on the quote rather than publish a list that goes out of date. Send the colour codes, sheet count, adhesive shades and delivery postcode, and we reply with a written offer.
